Sky Learning Studio Opens in the Central Library

Sky Learning Studio, a new learning space launched in partnership with IT company Sky Ltd., has opened on the 2nd floor of the Central Library on Higashiyama Campus. The space will support individual and group learning in an environment where academic discussion is permitted, separate from the quiet spaces in the rest of the library and financial support provided by Sky as part of their sponsorship of the space will help to fund facilities and resources in the Central Library. Nagoya University President Naoshi Sugiyama and representatives from Sky opened the learning space in a ceremony on September 5th, and it is now available to all members of the university community.
