 Nagoya University Graduation Ceremony Fall 2021 and Nagoya University Entrance Ceremony Fall 2021 will be held as follows.

 The schedule is subject to change in light of the spread of COVID-19. In such cases, you will be informed through the website or your undergraduate/graduate school.

Nagoya University Graduation Ceremony Fall 2021

Date and Time : Monday, September 27, 2021
                       Start time: 10:30 a.m. (Please enter by 10:15 a.m.) 
Venue: Toyoda Auditorium, Nagoya University 
Eligibility: Students graduating from undergraduate and graduate schools in September 2021

*Details about the Degree Ceremony at your undergraduate/graduate school will be announced separately by your respective undergraduate/graduate school.

Nagoya University Entrance Ceremony Fall 2021

Date and Time : Friday, October 1, 2021
         Start time: 10:30 a.m. (Please enter by 10:15 a.m.)
Venue: Toyoda Auditorium, Nagoya University 
Eligibility: Students admitted in October 2021 and October 2020 (Both regular undergraduate and graduate students. Including those who will enter the university on campus)

*Nagoya University Entrance Ceremony Fall 2021 is also open to students admitted in October 2020.

Please note the following 

  • The ceremony will be conducted in English.
  • In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, guests (families of graduates, alumni, and new students) will not be allowed to enter. There will be no waiting area for families.
  • The ceremony will be live-streamed to prevent the spread of COVID-19,as well as for the benefit of overseas/distant residents and their families.The URL for the live broadcast will be posted on this page before the ceremony begins.
  • People with a fever or other cold-like symptoms will not be allowed to enter the auditorium. (We will conduct temperature checks at the entrance.)
  • Please avoid the 3C's (especially in and around the Toyoda Auditorium), and be sure to wear a mask, wash your hands, observe coughing etiquette, and use disinfectant.
  • Social gatherings (including personal ones) involving food and drinks  should be strictly avoided.
  • If you have a disability and require assistance, please contact your undergraduate/ graduate school in advance.
